The national government must have the most power, or else the country will not stay strong and united. Remember all the problems we had with the Articles of Confederation? The state governments must have the most power. It’s the only way to make sure the people are getting the protection they want and need from their government. Too much power for the national government is a bad thing. Remember King George III?
